Your Appointment

We offer private Zoom, phone, or in-person sessions by appointment at a convenient time for your schedule after applying for a Breakthrough Session and enrolling in one of our unique Women’s Holistic Health, Natural Hormonal Balance, & Vitality Programs.

We regularly serve clients online all across the country and globe, as well as optionally in-person for anyone living in close proximity to Harrisonburg, Charlottesville, northern Virginia, Washington, D.C., Alexandria, Arlington, Richmond, Culpeper, Roanoke, Lexington and Staunton.

Four Seasons Harmony has a universal 48 business-hour cancellation policy if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. As a busy healthcare practice with ongoing immediate scheduling requests, including for emergency care and critical postpartum support immediately after birth, we ask the courtesy of this minimum of 48 hours advance notice during our regular business hours so that our waiting list can be notified to fill the last minute opening in time to provide much needed services. This means that Monday appointments would be need to be rescheduled by the previous Thursday. Thank you for your understanding.

While we do not directly accept insurance, we are delighted to provide itemized invoices for you to resubmit to your company.
